It's a hard thing to be present. Our scattered minds run off with us and we are constantly living in the past or the future - remembering what has happened a year or a day or a minute ago, or planning our next minute or day or year. Consider the birds of the air, said Jesus, pointing to their untroubled little lives. They are not relaxed, but are energetically present: alert and alive. Be here. Be now. That's where God is. That's the only place where God is.
